Director of Sales (USA)

As the Director of Sales, you have the overall responsibility for sales and marketing and the accountability for the device sales revenue in the US. In addition, in this role you are responsible for developing and nurturing collaborations with partners and associations. In this role you are a member of the US management team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of Positrigo AG. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as the leader of the US sales team, with the goal to shape the future of Positrigo Inc.'s sales organization as the company expands

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in capital medical devices sales as an individual contributor and at least 5 years experience in leading a sales team for capital medical devices in the US (familiarity with medical imaging is a plus).
  • Experience in launching a new product and developing new markets and customer segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, good attention to detail and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset, result driven approach with a proactive and hands on attitude.
  • Familiar with CRM (HubSpot experience is preferred) and proven track record of accurate forecasting, sales reporting and meeting sales quota (individually and as a sales team leader).
  • Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Noted team player with high ethics and integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales responsibility ranging from lead generation and qualification to product presentations, account nurturing and successful closing.
  • Develop and lead the US sales team to meet the quarterly and annual sales goals under consideration of the annual budget.
  • Sales reporting and accurate forecasting.
  • Guidance and management of potential sales partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders of the NeuroLF turnkey solution.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (neurologists, practice administrators, etc.) in neurology private practices throughout the US.
  • Attend and represent Positrigo Inc. at industry events, tradeshow and conferences.
  • Provide market input to the global sales & marketing team and the R&D department in Switzerland.
