At Positrigo, we are committed to our vision of imaging everyone by developing the most compact and cost-effective brain PET systems. Our goal is to revolutionize nuclear medical imaging and make it widely accessible, aiding in the diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's. As we prepare to bring our pioneering product, NeuroLF, to market, we are seeking a Head of Sales Europe to join our mission.

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, as the Head of Sales Europe you will play a critical role in meeting Positrigo’s business objectives. This position demands a strong commercial background as you will be instrumental in driving sales in Germany and by managing selected European distributors and building sustainable partnerships with and end-users. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in sales within the diagnostic imaging / medical devices equipment market and have exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales processes and activities in Germany to meet defined sales quota.
  • Identify opportunities in the diagnostic imaging equipment market in Germany to drive growth and profitability.
  • Expand the client base by targeting hospitals, and diagnostic centers seeking cost-effective imaging solutions.
  • Drive market presence by positioning Positrigo as a trusted supplier of high-quality and cost-effective diagnostic imaging equipment.
  • Manage and support selected European distributors by offering product information and by overseeing sales and marketing plans.
  • Utilize CRM (HubSpot) to track activities and for accurate forecasting and sales reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Ability to act with limited supervision, using own initiative to continually grow the market and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in diagnostic imaging equipment sales in Germany.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, good attention to detail and evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset, result driven approach with a proactive and hands on attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment and the healthcare industry in Germany.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote working environment.
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% primarily in Germany and from time to time in Europe.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments. A self-motivator with a can-do approach.
  • Full German Driving License.
